Salesforce - Delivery and Practice Lead - Senior Remote We are looking for a Salesforce Delivery and Practice Lead to lead large-scale Salesforce programs, drive solution architecture, and provide strategic technology leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce programs and projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline commitments are met. Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business and technology strategies. Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions in collaboration with business leaders, clients, and technical teams. Define technology roadmaps, architectural blueprints, and delivery strategies. Assess solution complexity, risks, effort, and costs. Drive governance, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement across delivery and architecture. Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams while ensuring architectural consistency and compliance with enterprise standards. Promote the adoption of Salesforce capabilities and advise key stakeholders on strategic technology decisions. Technical Skills Required: 8+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions and 5+ years leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformations. Strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, delivery, integrations, data models, security, APIs, middleware, and data migration. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds . Advanced written and verbal English , with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and client management skills. Experience leading cross-functional, global, and distributed business, functional, and technical teams. Experience managing project finances, quality, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, technology roadmaps, solution strategies, and architecture standards. Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, or Agile at Scale , with the ability to engage and influence executives and senior business leaders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English (Advanced) C1 - C2 Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude Location & Schedule: Remote work from Mexico.
