Hiring Salesforce Developer - Global Senior CRM & Sales Technology Lead – IT

Location: Johannesburg

Mode of Work: Remote

Required Skills:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, CPQ(Configure, Price & Quote), Marketing Cloud, and ideally Data Cloud, in a configuration and support role.

• Proven success in building workflows, dashboards, and automations that improve commercial and marketing effectiveness.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

• Working knowledge of systems integration, API basics, and data migration best practices.

• Ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in JIRA, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau; experienced in programming languages including Python, C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, PHP, and R
