Salesforce Developer Contract Duration: 12 Months (EST TIME-ZONE_ Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to support business requirements and drive continuous platform improvement. This role requires a strong hands-on Salesforce development background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Develop and maintain custom functionality using Salesforce development technologies. Build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and other Salesforce solutions. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application and integration issues. Perform code reviews and ensure development follows Salesforce best practices. Support system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and reliability of Salesforce solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Stay up to date with Salesforce technologies and recommend innovative solutions where appropriate. Technical Requirements 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience. Exceptional hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices. Experience working with Salesforce Lightning. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
