The role focuses on LWR, Lightning Web Components (LWC), security, integrations, automation, Data Cloud, and CI/CD, while providing architectural guidance and mentorship. Design robust security and identity models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms. Define branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud metadata. Develop modular, high-performance LWC components optimized for LWR. Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS for personalized customer experiences. Build sophisticated automation using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex. Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to provide unified customer profiles and 360-degree experiences. Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems including ERP, AWS, and Marketing Cloud. Use Named Credentials and ensure secure integration patterns. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, governor-limit compliance, and scalability. Present technical roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical user stories. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
