Inoxoft is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a healthcare technology project focused on improving behavioral health care delivery.

You will help develop and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem, build integrations, improve business workflows, and contribute to architectural decisions. The role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Support daily Salesforce operations, including user access, business workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
Contribute to Salesforce architecture and the long-term technical roadmap.
Improve performance, security, and scalability while reducing technical debt.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote development best practices.
Improve development tools, documentation, and internal processes.
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Evaluate Salesforce releases and recommend relevant platform improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Experience designing scalable, maintainable solutions for complex Salesforce environments.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and declarative automation, including Flows and Process Builder.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, middleware platforms, or custom interfaces.
Experience with Salesforce DX and Git.
Ability to lead technical planning, review code, and establish development standards.
Experience mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge within a team.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or equivalent practical experience.

WILL BE PLUS:

Experience developing secure healthcare platforms and integrating with EHR systems.
System design experience in environments with HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance requirements.
Experience working in a startup environment.
Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator or Architect.
