Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Developer based in the Philippines. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce development tools. Responsibilities include customizing Salesforce.com systems, implementing technical enhancements, and ensuring optimal system performance. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives and user requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Salesforce.com Development, including Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration and system configuration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce.com platform capabilities and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Administrator are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrations, API development, and security best practices is a plus.
