About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a US-based client on a fully remote engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce. This role requires someone who can design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Configure and enhance Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
• Implement and optimize Agentforce capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Support deployments, releases, and ongoing platform maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience implementing and working with Agentforce.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
