One of our clients, an international consulting firm is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the technical strategy, design, and governance of our Salesforce ecosystem. He/she will bridge business strategy and technical execution—translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Platform clouds. Key Deliverables Define the long-term Salesforce technical roadmap and reference architecture. Lead discovery workshops to capture business capabilities and map them to Salesforce platform features. Architect complex solutions involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Vlocom (OmniStudio). Design reusable patterns for data modeling, security (sharing & visibility), process automation, and user experience. Design real-time/batch integration architectures between Salesforce and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, MuleSoft, Kafka, AWS/Azure). Define data migration strategies, ETL patterns, and master data management (MDM) alignment. Ensure API-first design (REST/SOAP/Bulk API, Platform Events, CDC) with robust error handling and monitoring. Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards (code, configuration, testing, CI/CD). Manage the Salesforce release cycle—ensuring minimal disruption via sandbox strategies and impact analysis. Design for high availability, bulk data processing, and peak concurrency. Implement Salesforce Shield, encryption, and compliance controls (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, FedRAMP as required). Optimize SOQL queries, indexes, and caching strategies. Mentor Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and developers. Translate business requirements into user stories and technical design documents (TDDs). Collaborate with product managers, delivery leads, and vendor partners. Requirements Ideal Profile 10+ years in software/enterprise architecture, with 6+ years dedicated to Salesforce. Proven track record leading architecture for enterprise environments. End-to-end Salesforce implementations experience as the lead architect. Deep experience with Salesforce Limits (governor, storage, API, concurrent requests) and optimization. Platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (including Omni-Channel), Experience Cloud Integration: MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, or custom middleware (Node.js/Java). DevOps: Copado, Flosum, Gearset, or Jenkins + Salesforce CLI. Data: Data Loader, OwnBackup, DemandTools, SOQL, SQL.
