Salesforce FSC Solution Architect – Banking


Summary

We are seeking an accomplished technical leader with 15 to 20 years of professional experience to serve as the Salesforce FSC Solution Architect within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex financial solutions tailored for the banking industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform is leveraged to its full potential. This position demands a deep understanding of core banking ecosystems and the ability to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that drive digital transformation for financial institutions. The role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from ₹20 to 25 LPA.

Responsibilities

  • Design and define the high-level technical architecture for Salesforce-based banking solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive data models specifically for Financial Services Cloud to support complex customer and account structures.
  • Engineer robust integration patterns connecting Salesforce with legacy core banking systems and third-party financial services using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Lead the development of custom functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow to address unique banking use cases.
  • Architect and implement OmniStudio solutions to streamline customer interactions and internal processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance standards within the solution design.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce Solution and Technical Architecture to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance the banking platform's capabilities and security posture.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Possess 15 to 20 years of hands-on experience in software architecture, with a significant portion dedicated to Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in the Salesforce FSC Data Model and its application in banking scenarios.
  • Show proven experience in integrating Salesforce with core banking systems and external financial data sources.
  • Master the development of custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
  • Have deep knowledge of REST and SOAP API standards for building seamless enterprise integrations.
  • Possess specialized expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio tools for building guided experiences and complex business logic.
  • Understand the regulatory landscape regarding KYC and AML processes within the financial sector.
  • Hold a strong background in Salesforce Solution and Technical Architecture, with a track record of delivering large-scale banking implementations.
