Salesforce Life Sciences Consultant at BairesDev

In this role, you'll lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, translating complex business needs into scalable platform solutions in the life sciences industry. Combining hands-on configuration and custom development with stakeholder partnership, you'll drive sound technical design and maintainable implementations while mentoring others. What You'll Do

• Lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable configurations and custom development solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems via APIs.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineers to ensure sound technical design and security practices.
• Mentor team members while independently moving work forward.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce consulting.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and OmniStudio.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and maintainable implementation standards.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with MuleSoft.
• Background with AWS integrations.
• Knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Industries.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
