Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and contribute to innovative marketing solutions. In this role, you will design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that align with business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and engage with international stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project delivery. Your tasks

• Designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Overseeing Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, release management, and change management processes
• Managing configuration in Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Connect with CRM systems
• Developing and maintaining marketing functionalities using AMPscript, Content Builder, SQL, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Landing Pages, Journey Builder, and Twilio for sending SMS and WhatsApp
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders to implement marketing strategies
• Applying implementation methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM to enhance project delivery
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its capabilities
• Strong understanding of AMPscript and SQL in building and maintaining marketing solutions
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud setup, configuration, and integration with CRM systems, especially real-time journeys triggered from Sales Cloud
• Curiosity about technology trends, Salesforce Marketing Cloud developments, and the role of AI in email marketing
• Excellent English skills for effective communication in an international environment
• Tax residence in Ukraine required
