Founded in 1996, mobile.de disrupted the status quo of buying and selling cars with the first online vehicle marketplace, driven by the idea to create something new. As a driver of change for growth and innovation we became more than just a platform. We are an ecosystem of skilled and entrepreneurially minded people, a community to unite sellers and buyers. As the No 1 marketplace in Germany we closely cooperate with a powerful network of around 42,000 dealers and connect them with almost 17 million unique users per month.

We are looking for a Salesforce Platform Administrator (d/f/m) for our Salesforce Team within the Business Systems & Integration department. As a Salesforce Platform Administrator, you will own the administration, configuration, governance and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environments while acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and support the optimisation of related business processes and systems.
  • Own the configuration, administration, governance and continuous improvement of our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments, including relevant integrations.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and project support to Salesforce users across multiple teams, business units and locations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions by configuring objects, fields, formulas, flows, approval processes, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
  • Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings and field-level security to ensure appropriate access and platform governance.
  • Support data quality and data-management activities, including imports, exports, cleansing, migrations and mass updates.
  • Manage and prioritise the Salesforce backlog with business stakeholders, super-users, IT teams and implementation partners.
  • Coordinate testing, releases and change activities, including user acceptance testing, documentation, training and user adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve the user experience and increase the efficiency, scalability and reliability of Salesforce.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering, configuring and automating Salesforce, including objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, approval processes, reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; knowledge of additional Salesforce products is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security and access management, including profiles, permission sets, roles, groups, sharing rules and field-level security.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working, Salesforce integrations, APIs and common integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business stakeholders, end users and technical teams.
  • Meaningful work with diverse, international, highly skilled and passionate teams which give you the chance to make a difference in our customers’ lives.
  • Competitive compensation, conference & education budget. We value your personal and professional development.
  • A healthy work-life balance, i.e. part-time work, an additional paid parental leave time, flexible working hours including working from home options.
  • A great atmosphere, open-minded company culture with several social team activities (online and offline).
