About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support testing efforts for Salesforce Service Cloud applications. This is a junior-level role focused on executing test cases, supporting automation efforts, and ensuring quality across releases under guidance from senior QA team members.
The ideal candidate has foundational knowledge of Salesforce functionality and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrations.
- Support regression, functional, and integration testing activities.
- Assist in maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, CRT, or similar frameworks.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners within an Agile environment to validate requirements.
- Log, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or Copado DevOps.
- Test Salesforce components including Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, workflows, and flows.
- Support test data preparation and basic test environment setup.
- Contribute to maintaining QA documentation and test artifacts.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Test Engineer.
- Exposure to testing Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
- Basic understanding of test automation tools such as Selenium, CRT, or similar.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Copado DevOps.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce components including Apex, LWC, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
