Salesforce Security Architect

EPAM is seeking an experienced Salesforce Security Consultant to support security remediation and hardening initiatives for a major client's Salesforce environment. In this role, you will evaluate the client's current security posture, with a focus on identity and access management, permissions, authentication, and overall platform security practices, and recommend improvements that reduce risk and strengthen governance.

This is a highly client-facing position that requires frequent collaboration with both technical teams and business and executive stakeholders.

Note: Temporary, full-time (40 hours per week) through the end of 2026 with strong potential to extend into 2027. Candidates primarily seeking permanent opportunities are still encouraged to apply. Our Salesforce practice is growing, and we may be able to consider you for other projects!

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, with experience in a Solution Architect, Business Solution Architect, or comparable architect-level consulting role
• Proven experience with Salesforce security and remediation initiatives
• Working knowledge of identity and access management principles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss security topics confidently with client leadership and manage stakeholder relationships
• Salesforce Identity and Access Management Architect certification or a comparable security-focused certification (preferred)

This posting includes a good base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$75-CA$95 per hour.
