Location: Remote (Chile or Brazil) | Type: Contract | Experience: 4+ years | Pay: $20-$40/hr

About the Role

We're hiring a Salesforce Software Engineer to build custom Salesforce functionality, including AI agents in Agentforce, for an enterprise client. You'll write Lightning Web Components and Apex, work directly with Sales Cloud data, and wire up automations that reach beyond Salesforce into tools like Microsoft 365.

This is a 3-month, fully remote contract with a crafts-based digital product studio backed by a global strategy consulting parent. Spanish is preferred (Chile), and Portuguese works too (Brazil).

What You'll Do

• Configure Agentforce agents in Agentforce Studio, including topics, actions, and grounding
• Build custom Lightning Web Components and Apex, pulling Salesforce data through SOQL
• Work hands-on with Sales Cloud objects like Accounts, Opportunities, Forecasts, and Activities
• Assemble pages and experiences in Lightning App Builder
• Create Flow Builder automations, ideally integrating with Microsoft 365 or similar external services

Qualifications

• Strong LWC and Apex development experience, including SOQL (critical)
• Deep understanding of native Sales Cloud objects and Lightning App Builder (critical)
• Hands-on Agentforce or Einstein AI experience
• Experience building automation in Flow Builder
• Spanish or Portuguese; Spanish preferred
• Consulting or agency experience and comfort working with client stakeholders is a plus
