Salesforce System Administrator at BairesDev

As a Salesforce System Administrator, you will ensure the optimal performance and security of our Salesforce environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for platform configuration, streamlining business processes through automation and effective user management.

What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement complex automation workflows using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access and system security by overseeing profiles, permission sets, and organizational sharing rules.
• Oversee data integrity and management practices, including regular audits and cleanup activities.
• Support and maintain system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders to maximize user adoption.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Proficiency in building and managing Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Strong background in managing profiles, permissions, and data security.
• Hands-on experience with data management and system integrations.
