Senior Salesforce Administrator at BairesDev

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will lead the configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform to support scalable business operations. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, transforming complex requirements into efficient declarative solutions while ensuring system integrity.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement advanced automation workflows using Flow Builder and other declarative tools.
• Oversee platform security and access control by managing profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Maintain data quality and integrity through proactive monitoring, auditing, and management of platform integrations.
• Drive user adoption and platform efficiency by developing comprehensive documentation and enablement programs.
• Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle, including sandbox strategy, testing coordination, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize CRM functionality and align the platform with organizational goals.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and preferably Advanced Administrator.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flow Builder, validation rules, and security models.
• Hands-on experience managing data integrity, user profiles, and platform integrations.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
