Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Team Lead to join a growing international Salesforce team delivering multiple client engagements across Germany.

You will lead a team of Salesforce Consultants and Developers, taking responsibility for delivery quality, team performance and client relationships. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong Salesforce platform knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver complex solutions using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Salesforce Consultants and Developers across multiple client projects.
• Take accountability for team performance, delivery quality and project outcomes.
• Manage the delivery of Salesforce projects at scale using Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Translate client requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design functional and technical solutions aligned with Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Coordinate project activities, priorities, resources and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with clients throughout the full solution development and delivery lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, technical teams and business users.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development and Salesforce certifications.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development, security and architectural standards.
• Apply proven Salesforce delivery methodologies to accelerate implementation and reduce risk.
• Manage changing requirements and help the team operate effectively in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Stay current with new Salesforce products, features and platform developments.
• Recognise opportunities where Salesforce technology can improve business processes and customer outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ professional Salesforce experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, ecosystem and architecture.
• Current Salesforce certifications are mandatory.
• Previous experience leading or managing Salesforce Consultants and Developers.
• Demonstrated success delivering Salesforce implementations or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working within an international and multicultural environment.
• Fluent English.
• German language capability at B2 level or above.

Desirable Experience

• Salesforce Automotive Cloud.
• Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Salesforce Agentforce.
• Previous experience within the automotive industry.
• Experience delivering large-scale or multi-cloud Salesforce programmes.
• Additional Salesforce architecture, consultant or platform certifications.
