What you will do
- Design, build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce features supporting Store Development organizations worldwide.
- Lead development teams within multifunctional teams and collaborate with senior developers and product managers.
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning components, Salesforce configuration tools, and multi-cloud integrations.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and release activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, test coverage, and the CI/CD setup.
- Apply coding, testing, deployment, and AI-driven improvement best practices.
Requirements
- 6–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce platform configuration.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Practical experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX, GitHub, CI/CD, DevOps tools, and agile environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience with integrations or external API usage.
