Show job description
Robbins Recruiting has partnered with a nationwide residential roofing company. They are looking for a Salesforce Training Specialist to get their teams up to speed on Salesforce and to build out an internal training hub. The role has two parts. First, it supports an on-site training week, where the specialist helps lead hands-on sessions and gets every team caught up. Second, between training events, it owns the build-out of a Salesforce-based Training Hub and a library of role-specific workflow guides.
This is a remote role with 50% - 75% travel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Co-lead on-site training sessions with the Salesforce Integration Manager, tailoring content to each role
Provide follow-up support and answer questions as teams adopt the system
Build and maintain the Training Hub on Experience Cloud
Create position-specific workflow PDFs and quick reference guides
Keep training content current as Salesforce flows, objects, and processes change
Gather feedback from users and turn recurring questions into new training material
Must-Have Qualifications
Hands-on Experience Cloud experience, including building and configuring a site, not just using one
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce from an end-user and admin perspective (objects, records, reports, dashboards, flows at a user level)
Proven experience training adult learners, in person and in groups
Ability to write clear, visual, step-by-step documentation
Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
Willingness to travel for training weeks
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent)
Experience with Salesforce Field Service or other mobile/field workflows
Experience training field-based or non-desk teams (sales, operations, call center)

Background in construction, home services, roofing, or a similar industry
Familiarity with Screen Flows and how users interact with them
Experience building learning content such as guides, videos, or onboarding paths

What Makes a Strong Candidate
The ideal person is a teacher first and a builder second. They can stand in front of a room of non-technical users, explain Salesforce in plain language, and then go back to their desk and build the Experience Cloud site that supports that training. They need someone who can handle the Experience Cloud work without being taught how, so candidates who can show a site, portal, or knowledge hub they have built will stand out.
