We are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst with hands-on experience building impactful dashboards. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable data requirements, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are essential. This role performs routine tasks related to business data analysis, predictive analytics, and internal management reporting to drive business solutions across functional areas of the business. Work is performed under general supervision with some autonomy. Responsibilities Perform routine tasks related to data analysis and predictive analytics. Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources. Generate and present data-driven insights to influence business decisions. Participate in designing data architecture and improving data process flow. Contribute to internal management reporting activities. Perform predictive analytics on projects to support business decisions. Assist in establishing and maintaining data governance and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to intake business requirements. Effectively communicates results to stakeholders. Resolving data issues and making recommendations for improving processes. Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs. Mentorship May provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to help less experienced team members develop their skills and grow within their roles. Skills and Competencies Ability to visualize data and generate insightful reports. Proficiency in predictive analytics and ability to draw data-driven insights. Understanding of data governance and data quality principles. Strong knowledge of internal management reporting and data process flow improvements. Proficient in business requirements intake, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and effective stakeholder communications. Solid understanding of data architecture design. Experience Typically, a minimum of 2 years related work experience in Business Analytics or related field. Experience in improving data process flow and data architecture design. Demonstrated experience in data visualization, predictive analytics, and data-driven insights generation. Prior experience in contributing to internal management reporting. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience using Power BI or Tableau to build comprehensive dashboards. Experience capturing Sales and/or Marketing analytics and translating into data requirements. Strong communication and collaboration experience with non-technical and technical teams. Education Relevant degree or equivalent experience is required.
