Job Overview

We’re looking for motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representatives to help grow our client base. In this role, you’ll reach out to your network and community, share Heartful with people who could benefit from it, and help them get matched with the right therapist.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building relationships and helping people take a meaningful step toward getting support, rather than a traditional high-pressure sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to your personal and professional network to introduce Heartful.
• Explain how the platform works and help potential clients understand their options, including insurance coverage where applicable.
• Guide interested individuals through signing up and getting matched with a practitioner.
• Track and follow up on leads to ensure bookings are completed.
• Represent Heartful’s mission and values authentically in every conversation.
• Provide feedback on objections, messaging, and what resonates with potential clients.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable having conversations about mental health and therapy in a sensitive, respectful way.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Existing network or community ties that could translate into referrals (preferred but not required).
• Reliable access to phone/internet for outreach and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, community outreach, or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with mental health, wellness, or healthcare services.
• Experience with social media or grassroots community engagement.
