Why This Role Exists

Sorso Wellness Water installs premium water filtration in single-family homes across Toronto/GTA and South Florida. Paid advertising brings in more homeowners every week than the current team can call back. Every lead that sits is a system that does not get installed. This role closes them.

What You'd Do

• Own a daily call list in HubSpot. Google leads, Facebook leads, US campaign lists, and warm follow-ups are assigned to you every morning.
• Run the consultation. Understand the home, the water, and what the homeowner actually wants before you recommend anything.
• Recommend the right system: whole-home filtration, softener, reverse osmosis alkaline drinking, shower filtration, or PFAS reduction.
• Close the sale and hand a clean, accurate order to the install team.
• Follow up until the deal is collected. Commission is paid on collected deals, so the follow-through is the job, not an afterthought.
• Keep HubSpot current: outcomes, notes, next steps. If it is not in the CRM, it did not happen.
• Sell in both markets, Toronto/GTA and South Florida, from one desk.

After 90 days: you are working a full daily list without supervision, your pipeline is accurate enough to forecast from, and you are closing consistently enough to sit in the higher commission tiers.

What You BringMust-Have

• You have closed over the phone before. This is not an entry-level role.
• You are consultative, not pushy. These are $100k+ households buying a system they keep for years. Pressure loses them.
• You are comfortable with commission-weighted pay and you chase the collection, not just the signature.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, and you can work Eastern Time hours.
• You work a CRM without being reminded to.

Nice-to-Have

• HubSpot experience.
• A background in home improvement, home services, or another considered purchase sold into the home.
• Any exposure to water treatment. You do not need it. We will teach you the product.

What You'd Earn

• $800 USD per month base, paid whether or not you close.
• Commission on collected deals, on a tier that climbs.
• Reps at this desk average $3,000 to $6,000 USD per month. The ceiling is the tier table, not a cap we set.
