Salt Lake City Remote Inside Sales – Real Estate Investment Company

REMOTE SALES POSITION — Salt Lake City, UT Capstone Connectors is expanding its remote sales team and looking for salespeople who want to learn the real estate investment industry while using the sales skills they already have. Previous real estate experience is not required, and you do not need a real estate license for this position. If you already understand how to communicate with prospects, ask good questions, follow up, handle objections, and help people make decisions, we can train you on the real estate side of the business. THE ROLE You will speak with people who are exploring opportunities and services connected to real estate investing. Your job is to understand what they need, explain how our company may be able to help, answer questions, and guide qualified prospects through the next steps. This is a full-time remote sales position involving phone calls, Zoom conversations, CRM follow-up, and ongoing communication with prospects. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Speak with prospective customers and real estate investors • Conduct sales and discovery conversations • Follow up with people who have already expressed interest • Ask questions to understand each prospect's situation • Clearly explain company services and potential next steps • Work through questions and objections • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM • Participate in sales meetings, coaching, and call reviews • Continue developing your sales skills while learning the real estate industry REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED You do not need to have worked for a brokerage, investment company, mortgage company, or real estate firm before. You also do not need an active real estate license. Our team will train you on the terminology and concepts you need to understand the business, including real estate investing basics, common transaction terminology, how investors evaluate opportunities, our company's services, and how to confidently discuss those services with prospective customers. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR This role is best suited for someone who already has some type of sales experience. Your previous sales background could come from automotive sales, insurance, home improvement, solar, appointment setting, phone sales, business development, account management, high-ticket sales, financial services, real estate, retail, or another customer-facing sales role. The industry you came from matters less than your ability to communicate, listen, follow up, and learn. YOU SHOULD BE • Comfortable speaking with new people • Confident on the phone and Zoom • Coachable and willing to improve • Organized with follow-up • Able to work independently from home • Comfortable using basic sales software and a CRM • Interested in learning the real estate investment business • Motivated to grow in a sales career TRAINING PROVIDED New team members receive structured onboarding covering real estate investment fundamentals, industry terminology, company services and processes, sales scripts and frameworks, CRM expectations, follow-up strategies, objection handling, call reviews, and ongoing coaching. You are not expected to know everything about real estate on day one. We are looking for someone who already has the sales foundation and wants to learn the industry. COMPENSATION Salary: $2,401–$3,601 per week. This is a full-time remote position.
