You Are the Disruptor:

• Create disruptive Web3 applications
• Closely collaborate with development and product teams
• Develop architectural solutions that will become the foundation for the intersection between Web3 and FinTech
• Become a subject matter expert in payments and Web3
• Ensure architectural integrity of software solutions
• Create modifications for existing software to upgrade performance
• Assist in determining functional and non-functional requirements
• Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development teams
• Provide technical guidance and coaching
• Contribute and maintain the thorough documentation
• Evaluate existing software solutions to identify areas for improvement

What Makes You Stand Out:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Extensive understanding of architectural styles and design patterns
• Experience with our stack: NodeJs, C#, React, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, Kafka
• Familiar with Web3 Stack: Web3, Ethers, Hardhat, OpenZepellin Tooling, Smart Contract Debugging
• Understanding of blockchains, smart contracts & dApps, different types of wallets and standards
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Superior interpersonal communication skills
• A technical mindset with great attention to detail
• Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Desired (but not essential):

• Familiar with crypto-economic protocol design including governance and incentive structures
• Prior experience in building systems for financial markets
