Netcompany's SAP team works on innovative projects, utilizing the latest, cutting-edge SAP technologies (SAP BTP, S/4HANA) and industry-specific solutions (ISU and IS-OIL), across a wide range of sectors (Consumer goods, Education, Utilities, Telcos, Banking etc.) As a SAP ABAP Developer (Senior-Lead) you will: Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs to support business needs. Work on custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces across SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, PM, etc.). Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Implement SAP best practices and innovative solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments. Participate in pre-sales activities , in order to analyze SAP prospects’ development needs, establish project objectives, scope, and sizing. Mentor and coach technical teams. What would make you a fit for the role: 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development (Senior) / 8+ years (Lead). Expertise in ABAP OO, ALV Reports, Enhancements (BADI, User Exits), SmartForms, Adobe Forms . Experience in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 development. Strong understanding of SAP data structures and integration techniques. Proficiency in writing and understanding of functional and technical specifications. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline. It would also be a plus if you match some of the following: Experience working with SAP Workflow and SAP PI/PO. Experience working with SAP CPI.
