The Opportunity: We are seeking a full-time SAP Basis Administrator to join our team and deliver expert Basis services across our customer base. In this role, you will manage, maintain, and optimize SAP landscapes for multiple clients, working across ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate is a certified Basis professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills and thrives in a consulting-oriented, multi-client setting. This is a remote role based in the United States with preference for a resident of Texas. Key Responsibilities: Deliver SAP Basis administration and support services to our customers across ECC and S/4HANA (both Public and Private editions) Lead and support customer greenfield implementations and brownfield conversions/migrations Perform patching, upgrades, and kernel updates across client landscapes with minimal disruption Deploy and manage SAP environments on hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud) for customers Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure client system reliability and efficiency Handle installations, configurations, system refreshes, and transport management for multiple clients Perform system health checks, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across customer environments Serve as a trusted technical advisor, interfacing directly with customers to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver solutions Manage priorities across multiple customer engagements simultaneously Collaborate with internal delivery teams and provide technical guidance Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience SAP certification (Basis / relevant technology certification) Demonstrated experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA (Public and Private Cloud) Proven track record with greenfield implementations and brownfield conversions Strong experience in patching, upgrades, and system maintenance Hands-on experience deploying and managing SAP on hyperscalers Expertise in performance tuning and optimization Excellent communication skills and demonstrated success in customer-facing roles Preferred Qualifications: SAP security experience (authorizations, roles, GRC) — a plus, not required Experience with HANA database administration Familiarity with SAP cloud tools and automation Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Professional presence and confidence engaging directly with clients Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and shifting priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team Why Join VistaVu Solutions?
