Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis professional with strong customer engagement, cloud infrastructure, and SAP PC3 ECS experience. The role involves engaging with end customers on SAP PC3 ECS, driving customer timeline deliveries, handling escalations, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with end customers on SAP PC3 ECS and support customer timeline deliveries.
• Manage SAP Basis activities, SAP application operations, release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.
• Work with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP cloud solutions.
• Handle infrastructure operations, networking, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics related to SAP landscape management.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and develop end-to-end solutions.
• Support SAP migration activities.
• Handle customer escalations and work closely with internal teams to drive resolution.
• Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to achieve common customer objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the engagement.

Required Skills

• Strong SAP Basis and SAP Application knowledge.
• Experience with SAP PC3 ECS / Customer Engagement.
• Experience with SAP HEC / SAP S/4HANA / SAP Cloud solutions.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure operations.
• Knowledge of networking, interfaces, and Load Balancer concepts within SAP landscapes.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and escalation management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
