What you can expect in your new job A dynamic role focused on the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of SAP BW solutions in an international environment. You will ensure the stable operation of business-critical SAP BW systems by monitoring process chains, analyzing incidents, resolving issues, and continuously improving system performance. Your responsibilities will include supporting complex data flows, troubleshooting data load failures, maintaining data models, and ensuring the reliability of reporting structures. You will contribute to performance tuning, operational excellence initiatives, and the ongoing enhancement of SAP BW landscapes. You will work on a digital supplier assessment platform that enables the tracking, analysis, and reporting of supplier evaluations across multiple sites and regions. Collaboration with international teams in a distributed support and operations environment. What we want from you At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP BW in a support, maintenance, or operations-focused role. Experience in SAP Process Chain monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management. Solid understanding of SAP BW backend development and data modelling. Experience with ETL processes, data load monitoring, and root cause analysis. Programming skills in ABAP and/or HANA SQL are considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with SAP Query Designer, BEx Analyzer, Jira, and Confluence. A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service reliability and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
