SAP Billing SME/Exceptions

Job Description:

• 7+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Billing processes and transactions, exception management, and regulatory and operational support.
• Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, issue resolution, testing, validation, and implementation of operational improvements.
• Handle billing exception work i.e. outsourts, implausibles etc.
• Sound knowledge of SAP utility system processes for exception handling.
• Good communication skills
