Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and track SAP incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through resolution Support SAP user administration, including user provisioning, role maintenance, and access reviews Create and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations Review user access for Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and support remediation efforts Monitor inbound and outbound IDOCs and troubleshoot interface errors Perform SAP master data maintenance like BP, Bank, Material Master, and Bills of Material (BOM).. Monitor SAP background jobs and coordinate issue resolution for failed jobs Create ad hoc queries and reports to support business requests and operational reporting needs Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to SAP security and controls Work closely with business users and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements Participate in testing activities for enhancements, defects, upgrades, and new functionality Provide ongoing end-user support, training, and documentation as needed Note: The employer reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this position Safety, Quality and Hygiene Requirements: Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures and code of conduct. Maintains user access, roles, and authorizations accurately and timely. Completes access reviews and SoD assessments as required. Supports audit requests with complete and accurate documentation. Maintains Business Partner, Material Master, Bank, BOM, and related master data accurately. Adheres to established governance processes and data standards. Minimizes data-related issues impacting operations. Provides timely support and clear communication to business stakeholders. Develops positive working relationships across Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance. Creates and maintains user documentation and training materials. Participates effectively in testing, enhancements, upgrades, and defect resolution. Supports change management and transport processes. Completes assigned project tasks on time and with minimal rework. Required Qualifications: 2–5 years of SAP functional support experience SAP S/4HANA Functional Certification required Experience supporting SAP production environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Good to have APICS certification Experience working with SAP Fiori applications Experience with SAP Query, SQVI, CDS Views, or reporting tools Familiarity with change management and transport processes Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations Exposure to ITIL-based incident and service management processes Experience participating in SAP upgrades, testing cycles, and business process improvements Career Progression: Employees are encouraged to express interest in internal career opportunities throughout Blommer Expectations for promotion or job role change are driven by proficiency and performance in current role Career progression would align to other plant leadership roles within Blommer A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. The base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. The actual base salary within the specified range is based on several factors, including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, education, certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and, if applicable, the location of the position. This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).
