SAP CO Lead / Senior SAP Controlling Consultant (In-House) 📍 Location: Katowice, Śląskie, Poland (Hybrid) 💼 Employment Type: Permanent (UoP) or B2B 🌍 Languages: Polish, English OR German Build and Lead Our SAP CO Practice Our client, a growing consulting company, is looking for an experienced SAP CO Lead to establish and develop its SAP Controlling practice in Poland. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious consultancy at an exciting stage of growth. We're looking for someone who wants more than just project delivery—you'll have the opportunity to build a team, shape the SAP CO offering, and become a key leader within the business. Lead the development of the company's SAP CO consulting practice. Build, recruit, mentor, and manage a team of SAP CO consultants. Deliver and oversee SAP CO implementation and optimisation projects. Work closely with clients to analyse business requirements and recommend SAP solutions. Support business development and pre-sales activities. Collaborate with SAP FI and other SAP functional teams. Define best practices, delivery standards, and methodologies for the SAP CO practice. Strong hands-on experience with SAP CO . Experience in one or more of the following: Cost Centre Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing Profit Centre Accounting Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Planning and Reporting Previous involvement in SAP implementation or transformation projects. Leadership experience or the ambition to build and lead a consulting team. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English and Polish or German are essential.
