Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a SAP Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities Provide operational support and continuous improvement for SAP business processes and applications. Monitor SAP system performance, identify operational issues, and coordinate incident resolution with technical and business teams. Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements within SAP environments. Support SAP enhancements, upgrades, testing activities, and change management initiatives. Collaborate with business users to optimize workflows across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or related functional areas. Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, documentation, and process procedures. Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve process efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, enhance reporting, and support business decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience supporting SAP applications and business operations. Strong understanding of SAP business processes and operational support practices. Experience working with business stakeholders and translating operational requirements into system improvements. Strong understanding of AI concepts and practical business applications. Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
