SAP Delivery Lead - 6+ Months - New Cairo - Hybrid

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Delivery Lead for an assignment with a large FMCG organization. Our client is undergoing a major digital and Agile transformation and requires a Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements for the Delivery Lead Role:

• At least 5+ years of experience in a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Product Owner or similar leadership role.
• Extensive experience leading Agile delivery teams, with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies (Experience with SAFe methodology is a plus).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital and technology transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of digital project lifecycles, software development, and technology delivery processes.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments, including transformation, implementation, migration, or integration projects.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across business and IT teams.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, project planning, and delivery governance in a fast-paced environment.
