SAP Delivery Manager

This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 4000000 (ie INR 5 - 40 LPA) Min Experience: 10+ years Location: Remote (India), Bengaluru, Karnataka, NCR, Pune, Telangana, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai JobType: full-time We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI , along with proven experience in managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality project execution. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and project delivery while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities SAP Project Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support engagements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes. Drive adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and best practices. Stakeholder & Client Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and project sponsors. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive-level communication. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead cross-functional SAP teams comprising functional consultants, technical consultants, and support resources. Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal team utilization. Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and promote continuous learning. Foster collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders. Solution Delivery Oversee solution design and delivery across SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules. Ensure seamless integration between business processes and SAP solutions. Review functional specifications, solution designs, testing activities, and deployment plans. Support issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live stabilization. Quality & Governance Ensure compliance with project management standards and organizational governance. Monitor project KPIs, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and project outcomes. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge repositories. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in SAP project delivery and delivery management. Hands-on expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP FI (Financial Accounting) . Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects. Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills. Experience leading cross-functional SAP delivery teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certifications in SD, MM, FI, or SAP Project Management are an added advantage.
