SAP Developer

Summary

We are looking for a Senior SAP Developer with expertise in SAP RISE environments and SAP Fiori/UI5 development to support and extend our SAP S/4HANA landscape. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and enhance Fiori/UI5 applications while ensuring alignment with RISE best practices, security standards, and cloud constraints. You’ll work closely with functional consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Location: 100% Remote (from Greece or Romania)

Salary: €50k-65k / year

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 applications
• Extend standard Fiori apps using in-app extensibility and side-by-side approaches
• Develop custom UI5 applications aligned with SAP UX guidelines, ensuring responsive design and optimal performance
• Develop and expose OData services (CDS-based and Gateway)
• Implement ABAP for HANA developments, including CDS Views, AMDP (nice-to-have), enhancements, BAdIs, and exits
• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP services
• Develop within RISE constraints, following clean-core principles and extensibility guidelines
• Collaborate with Basis and security teams to ensure compliant deployments
• Participate in system testing (SIT, UAT), cutover, and hypercare activities
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to custom developments
• Produce technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfers

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience as an SAP Developer in S/4HANA environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori / SAPUI5
• Solid knowledge of ABAP for HANA
• Experience developing and consuming OData services
• Understanding of RISE with SAP architecture and restrictions
• Experience working in cloud or private cloud SAP landscapes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency (business and technical)
• Mandatory Greek or Romanian

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with SAP BTP (CAP, Integration Suite, Extensions)
• Knowledge of SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)
• Experience with Fiori Elements
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager
• Experience supporting SAP upgrades or S/4HANA rollouts
