Join a Major Enterprise Transformation Program

We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer to join a specialist project delivery team supporting a large-scale transformation initiative focused on modernising enterprise operations, warehouse management capabilities and ERP functions. This program will deliver a contemporary operating model, a state-of-the-art operational facility, and a modern enterprise software ecosystem designed to support current and future business demands. As part of the project team, you will play a critical role in assessing the existing SAP landscape, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and delivering scalable solutions that support long-term business objectives.

About the Role

As an SAP Developer, you will collaborate with project stakeholders, architects and technical specialists to assess the current SAP S/4HANA environment and design innovative solutions that align with modern SAP development practices.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining scalable applications and integrations across SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring solutions adhere to clean-core principles and support seamless business operations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a strategically significant program while working with modern SAP technologies and contemporary enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement solutions on SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyse and enhance existing SAP capabilities to support evolving business requirements.
• Build custom applications, integrations and extensions using modern SAP development practices.
• Ensure solutions align with SAP clean-core principles and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP and external enterprise systems.
• Produce technical documentation, participate in testing activities and support deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Ensure delivered solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and fit for purpose.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP Developer within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA development.
• Experience developing solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP clean-core principles and extension strategies.
• Experience with SAP integrations and enterprise application development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical design skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project
