SAP FICO Consultant

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a SAP FICO Consultant this is a perm role working on a hybrid model.

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Analyst to provide functional expertise across SAP projects, including S/4HANA implementations, rollouts and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SAP FI/CO expertise across implementation and transformation projects.
• Participate in workshops and define/review functional requirements and WRICEFs.
• Produce and review functional and technical design documentation.
• Support configuration, sprint demos and end-to-end testing.
• Participate in System Integration and Functional Acceptance Testing.
• Support SAP FI/CO data migration activities.
• Provide BAU support as required.
• Work closely with application specialists, implementation partners, vendors and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years' SAP FI/CO experience across implementation, rollout and support.
• Strong SAP Finance & Controlling configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, New GL, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting and Tax.
• Good Controlling experience across CCA, PCA, Internal Orders and CO-PA.
• Experience translating business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling experience; certification is advantageous.
• Willingness to work across functionality outside core FI/CO when required.

Nice to Have

• SAP Fiori experience.
• S/4HANA implementation experience in private cloud or hyperscaler environments.
• Integration knowledge across SD, MM, EWM, Vistex or VIM.
• Experience within logistics, distribution or supply chain environments.
