You will work closely with business users, functional leads, and technical teams to turn finance requirements into stable, compliant SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with ABAP developers through development and testing.
- Plan and execute unit tests, integration tests, and UAT support, including test scripts and defect resolution.
- Support data migration activities: mapping, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation of master and transactional data.
- Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PS, HCM) and external systems.
- Provide L2/L3 support in AMS projects: incident analysis, root cause investigation, and change requests.
- Support period-end and year-end closing activities and statutory and audit requirements.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to project reporting and communicate progress and risks to the project manager and client.
- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices within the team.
Requirements
Experience and education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including at least 1-2 full-cycle implementation or rollout projects.
Technical skills
- Solid configuration experience in SAP FI and CO, with good knowledge of end-to-end finance processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Business Partner, and Advanced Asset Accounting.
- Ability to write clear functional specifications and work effectively with ABAP teams.
- Familiarity with Fiori apps, SAP reporting tools, and SAP Activate methodology.
- Understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, VAS, local GAAP) and tax and localization requirements.
Soft skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken); Japanese, Korean, or German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate in a multicultural team.
- Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to travel for onsite assignments.
Nice to Have
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance or SAP Certified Application Associate (FICO).
- Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Central Finance, SAP BPC, or SAP Fiori.
- Experience with Integration modules such as Treasury, Credit Management, or Real Estate.
- Experience in AMS or multi-country rollout projects.
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and performance bonus, reviewed regularly.
- Opportunities to work on large-scale international SAP projects, including onsite assignments abroad.
- Structured career path, SAP certification support, and training at FPT’s internal academy.
- 13th-month salary, full social, health, and accident insurance, and annual health check-ups.
