This is a senior, project-leading role suited to a consultant with a strong Finance and Controlling background who can confidently step into pivotal project lead positions, facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, and provide guidance and mentorship to our senior and junior consultants. With a strong pipeline of new implementations landing in the second half of the year, this role is critical to de-risking delivery commitments and maintaining the high standard of customer outcomes DyFlex is known for. Remote / Flexible work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. Your tasks and responsibilities: Lead project delivery and act as a senior point of contact across SAP Public Cloud Finance and Controlling engagements Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior client stakeholders, translating business requirements into best-practice SAP Public Cloud solutions Provide principal-level functional expertise across Finance and Controlling processes within SAP Public Cloud Guide, mentor and support the professional development of senior and junior consultants within the Finance practice Manage senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring strong communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle Contribute to project governance, risk management and delivery quality across multiple concurrent engagements Support the scoping and planning of upcoming H2 implementations to ensure successful project mobilisation Champion SAP best practice and continuous improvement across project teams Travel as required to support client engagements across Australia Your qualifications and experience Extensive consulting experience is essential, with a demonstrated track record delivering SAP Finance and Controlling solutions Strong hands-on experience with SAP Public Cloud (S/4HANA Public Cloud) Proven ability to lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior stakeholders Strong Finance & Controlling functional background, with the ability to operate at a principal or lead consultant level Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to guide client decision-making Demonstrated experience mentoring and upskilling junior and senior consulting team members Flexibility to travel across Australia as required to support client delivery Experience with Product Costing highly regarded Manufacturing industry experience highly regarded Joint Venture accounting experience highly regarded What we offer: Work with SAP’s latest technologies on cloud as S/4HANA, BTP and Joule A flexible and supportive work environment including work from home Competitive remuneration and benefits including novated lease, birthday leave, salary packaging, well-being programme, additional purchased leave, and company-provided laptop Comprehensive SAP training and certifications Join a renowned organisation delivering projects to some of Australia’s leading enterprises DyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
