We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Transformation Consultant. to join our team and play a key role in SoftwareOne’s SAP Transformation practice. Leveraging your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ABAP, you will help organizations modernize and optimize their finance landscapes while supporting complex digital transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale SAP transformation programs, drive innovation, and deliver lasting business value for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured and certified training program to build your expertise as an SAP Transformation Consultant.
• Take ownership of assigned SAP modules, working closely with customers and project stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and key transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the transformation team to ensure data consistency, process alignment, and the overall integrity of project deliverables.
• Conduct customer-specific assessments and analyses within SAP S/4HANA, SAP system consolidation, business process reengineering, and related transformation initiatives.

What we need to see from you

• Experience as an SAP Consultant within finance, or related business areas.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming.
• Solid understanding of SAP functionality and underlying data structures.
• Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering for your area of responsibility, supported by effective written and verbal communication skills.
