SAP Functional for Purchasing (MM/SRM)

You’ll be focused in • Consulting business departments towards technical solutions for direct and indirect purchasing in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environment. • Working in a global environment with different countries • Challenging and translating business requirements into SAP solutions • Designing and implementing solutions in SAP S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SRM and integration with Fiori applications • Consulting, coordinating and supporting internal and external employees in projects and contribute to their work results • Designing, building and maintaining the integrations between external and purchasing SAP-Systems, also using SAP CPI • Taking care of the SAP “3rd level” operations of the respective SAP modules • Influencing the MAN IT purchasing strategy and the making of architecture decisions, bringing added value to the organisation. • Creating cost- and effort-estimation for the implementation of the target solution • Working in an international team with collaboration and customer oriented agile mind-set In order to succeed, you’ll need • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science or similar job expertise • At least 3 years of SAP experience in MM module working with AMS, rollouts, implementation projects • Experienced in customization on SAP MM Purchasing and/or SAP SRM (ERP 6.0- EHP 8 and higher and/or S/4 HANA) • Familiar with SAP purchasing processes, End-to-End Procurement/Logistics flows and their integration with finance • Knowledge of interfaces and integration with legacy systems, using integration tools such as SAP CPI and message formats such as iDoc, JSON, XML, etc. • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share knowledge and align with business departments, IT teams and external partners in an international environment • Ownership mindset – ability to drive topics end-to-end beyond narrow functional scope, including interfaces, integration and cross-team coordination aspects • Experience in coordinating work packages / delivery streams in SAP projects, including alignment with business, IT and external partners • Analytical thinking to quickly understand existing system landscapes, business processes and stakeholder demands • Fluent in English (written and verbal) Nice to Have • Willing to understand and learn ABAP logics for debug • Hands-on experience in developing and monitoring SAP CPI integration flows • Know-how in SAP-upgrades • Knowledge about customizing FIORI apps • Experience with SAP Ariba • Experience in working together with external AMS partners • Ability to create cost and effort estimations for SAP implementation projects • Experience in using agile frameworks • Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL) • Automotive Industry processes knowledge/experience • Certification in SAP MM, SRM/Ariba modules is preferred Company benefits • 1200€ to equip your home office • Flex allowance: 720€/year (60€ per month x12) • Performance bonus • Health insurance extendable to your household • Wellbeing program extendable to your household • Life insurance • Pension fund • Smartphone & phone data plan • Discounts on VW Group cars and special financing conditions Cool things you’ll experience in our work environment • Tailored remote-friendly setup for every team's vibe! • Flexible working hours • Multicultural reality with + 30 different nationalities • Pet friendly environment • Boost your career with our internal mobility program, focused on your personal & professional growth • Mix and mingle across teams for idea-sharing and bonding About VW Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] Technology-driven trends such as diverse mobility, electrification and connectivity will revolutionize the mobility industry in the next decade.
