SAP HCM Business Analyst - Full-remote

For an international institution in The Hague, the Netherlands, we are urgently looking for a Full remote SAP HXM Business Analyst.

EU candidates are welcome to apply. This position is full remote. Candidates need to be willing to go to The Hague when required. A work permit is required, but not provided.

Candidates need to be fluent in English. This position is long-term and open for contractors.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Gathering and analysing business requirements through:

Stakeholder interviews

Workshops and working sessions

Process observation and shadowing

User surveys and questionnaires

• Data extraction and analysis from systems such as ServiceNow, SAP, and other enterprise applications;
• Documenting and structuring business and functional requirements;
• Creating process flows, use cases, user stories, and other visual representations of requirements when appropriate;
• Experience with creating mock-ups and visual prototypes is considered a strong advantage;

Defining and executing testing strategies, including

Test planning and coordination

Preparation of test scenarios and test cases

Support and leadership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Hands-on execution of functional testing when required

• Conducting functional testing and UAT;
• Experience in the daily use of AI to support Business Analysis activities, prompts engineering, designing and using AI agents

Profile:

• +7 years of experience in a Business Analyst and/or Functional Consultant role within SAP HCM / HXM environments;
• Strong understanding of HR business processes, especially Payroll and Time & Leave Management, and their implementation in SAP HCM/SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions;
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into functional solutions;
• Fluent in English;
