Position Summary The SAP IBP Trainee is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in supply chain planning technology. Bizbrain will provide structured training on SAP IBP modules and its internal delivery methodology. The Trainee will work under the close guidance of senior consultants, supporting internal project activities and gradually developing the skills needed to contribute to customer engagements. Key Responsibilities Participate in structured SAP IBP training programs provided by Bizbrain Technologies. Support senior consultants with configuration activities for demos, pilots, and proof-of-concept projects. Assist in the preparation and execution of test scripts under the supervision of senior team members. Help create and maintain process and procedure documentation for business solutions. Perform data entry and data validation tasks within SAP IBP under guidance. Support AMS activities for existing customers, including basic issue logging and analysis. Participate in internal team meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and accelerators. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field (recently completed or nearing completion). 0–1 year of professional experience; internship or academic project experience in supply chain or IT is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work in a structured, prioritized, and methodical manner. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global consulting environment. Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional team setting. Basic understanding of supply chain concepts is an advantage.
