SAP IS-U Device Management Analyst
• Location: Remote with 25% travel to NY or Orange, CT
• Client Domain: Utilities

Job Description:
- 7+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
- Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for device management and service order processes, including meter and premise-related transactions, order lifecycle support, exception handling, and coordination with field and technical teams.
- Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.
