SAP Lead Integration Architect | Fully remote with some travel to Germany for key milestones | 3-6 month Contract
RED is currently looking for an experienced SAP Lead Integration Architect to join a large-scale global HCM transformation programme.
Location: Primarily Remote, occasional travel to Germany
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until end of 2026 + likely extension
Workload: 2-3 days per week
Key skills:
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors Integration experience
- Deep knowledge of SAP BTP & Integration Suite
- Integration and middleware architecture
- Data architecture, master data & integration governance
- Experience leading integration strategy across complex global SAP programmes
- Exposure to MDI, Data Lakes, Data Hub and/or SAP Joule advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and fluent English
