About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager based in Europe to lead a major SAP ECC 6 roll-out across Asia and the Middle East.

The project is based on an established global core model, with the main objective being to harmonise and deploy the existing solution across new countries and locations. The successful candidate will lead the roll-out from a project and logistics perspective, working closely with global, regional and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Logistics roll-out across Asia and the Middle East.
• Manage the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with the established global core model.
• Drive harmonisation of logistics processes across countries and business units.
• Coordinate SAP logistics teams and business stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
• Oversee activities related to SAP TM, EWM and WM, ensuring appropriate integration with the overall logistics solution.
• Manage project planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate with global template/core-model teams and local business teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Support fit-gap analysis and the identification of country-specific requirements while maintaining the global template.
• Lead workshops, steering meetings and project status reviews.
• Ensure effective communication between business, functional, technical and local implementation teams.
• Manage international travel requirements associated with the roll-out.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an SAP Project Manager, ideally in global or international roll-out projects.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP Logistics, particularly SAP TM, EWM and/or WM.
• Proven experience leading SAP roll-outs in Asia and/or the Middle East.
• Experience working with an established SAP core model/template and leading harmonisation across multiple countries.
• Previous experience with SAP ECC 6 is required.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to work across international teams and cultures.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally when required.
• Based in Europe.
