SAP Organisational Change Manager (OCM)

Remote - Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced SAP Organisational Change Manager to support the successful delivery and adoption of SAP Finance transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities across SAP Finance implementations.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and business readiness assessments.
• Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and training strategies.
• Support Finance teams through process and organisational change.
• Drive user adoption and benefits realisation before and after go-live.
  
  

Essential Experience

• Proven Organisational Change Management experience within SAP programmes.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and business users.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  
  

Desirable

• SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation experience.
• Prosci, APMG Change Management, or similar certification.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
