SAP Payroll Consultant

We're Hiring | SAP Payroll Consultant (SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll - ECP)

Location- Bangalore/ Remote

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Own and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) platform

✅ Lead end-to-end payroll implementations and system enhancements

✅ Configure payroll components including Wage Types, Schemas, PCRs, Deductions, Garnishments, and Gross-to-Net processing

✅ Design and manage integrations with third-party payroll vendors

✅ Lead payroll testing (SIT, Parallel, Regression & UAT)

✅ Support Year-End Payroll activities including W-2 processing, statutory reporting, and compliance

✅ Collaborate with HR, IT, AMS teams, and global stakeholders across multiple regions

🔹 Mandatory Skills

✔ 8–10+ years of SAP Payroll experience

✔ Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations

✔ Strong expertise in US Payroll
