Workday US Payroll Certified Consultant

We are looking for a Workday US Payroll Certified Consultant with strong experience in both Workday Payroll Implementations and AMS (Application Management Support) engagements. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Workday US Payroll configuration, payroll testing, production support, and payroll compliance. Key Responsibilities • Configure and support Workday US Payroll solutions. • Participate in end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations and post-production support activities. • Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions. • Support payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, parallel testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities. • Manage incidents, service requests, defect resolution, and root cause analysis. • Support Workday bi-annual releases (R1/R2), regression testing, and enhancements. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams. Required Skills • Active Workday US Payroll Certification. • 5+ years of Workday experience with strong US Payroll expertise. • Experience in at least one full-cycle Workday Payroll implementation. • Experience in AMS / Production Support projects. • Hands-on configuration experience in: Earnings & Deductions Payroll Accounting Taxes & Garnishments Payroll Reconciliation Payroll Testing Experience with Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules. Knowledge of EIB, reporting, and payroll integrations. Strong understanding of US Payroll regulations and compliance. Preferred Skills • Additional Workday certifications (HCM, Time Tracking, Absence). • Experience in client-facing consulting roles. • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps. • Experience supporting large enterprise payroll environments.
